If you want to try yoga but don’t want to go to a busy studio or gym, give me a call. If you think you're not flexible enough for yoga, think again. All you really need for yoga is your breath and a desire to move and listen to what your body needs.

Hi there, I'm Sam. I first tried yoga in 2010 and it has been an amazing, transformative practice for me over the past 10 years. My passion as a professional teacher is to encourage others to give yoga a try.
It doesn't matter if you’ve never done yoga before. You may be a runner or cyclist looking to complement your training. Or perhaps you haven't exercised in years and feel you won't know where to start.
The first hour is free, and we'll work it out together from there. I'm an enthusiast by nature so my aim is to make it easy and accessible for you. Get in touch if you’re new to yoga or want to find out more.

how i work
I work with individuals and small groups so I can tailor sessions to meet your needs. I'll come to you, all you need is a mat. I'm happy to work outside in the garden or the park if the weather allows.
I can also offer sessions over Zoom if you prefer to meet digitally.

I think everyone could use a bit of yoga in their lives and I really want more people to try yoga. So I invite you to try your first session for free. After that if you'd like to continue I charge £40 per hour for in-person sessions, with discounts for a block booking of 6 sessions or more.
